We’ve all heard the phrase ‘buyer beware’… Well, after reviewing some of my competitors listings, I have to put the word out for SELLER BEWARE!!! Here’s why— It is the responsibility of the agent to HONESTLY let the seller know if the price they are asking for their mfg home is reasonable or not! I just broused a bunch of listings around the Phx area by other dealers and I am apalled at some of the pricing out there! One had the nerve to mention in the body of the ad that the home was being offered UNDER market. PLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEAAAAAASE!!! Gimme a break. Clearly it was not…
Look, if you want someone to level with you about selling your mfg home, give me a call or shoot me an e-mail. I won’t B.S. you. It doesn’t serve any purpose in doing so. My job is to sell homes. If they are over-priced, it aint gonna happen, especially in the current market. All buyers expect a fantastic deal!!! Trust me, I know! Anyway, I am not always the most popular person for being so honest. However, that is my philosophy and I stick by it! Many others DO appreciate my straight forward nature, so it all works out I suppose! Thanks for taking time to read this sort of longer post… Here’s my info:
