I published a similar message on the Big Bird Blog. I just want to get the word out, I guess. Don’t trust a realtor when purchasing a manufactured home. Would you go to a car wash if you needed your car fixed? No. You’d take it to a repair shop. Similarly, why would you go to a realtor for manufactured homes? You shouldn’t. Go to a place that SPECIALIZES in manufactured homes. That would be us—-> Black Hawk Homes. Our entire business is manufactured housing. Thank you.
